Whoopie Pie

And for the last american classic, I chose the Whoopie pies, specially because of the name! ahah Not familiar with Whoopie Pies? Well, it's a baked good that may be considered either a cookie, pie or cake. It is a sandwich made of two round mound-shaped pieces of chocolate cake and frosting filling.
My whoopie pies turned it up a little fat! lol But they were delicious! Mocha Whoopie Pies!
